PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fluorescence image and emission image of less noise to be acquired even using an emission material of a large quality of light.SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus 1 includes: an illumination optical system 10 for irradiating a sample A with excitation light coming from an excitation light source 2; an image acquiring unit 7 for acquiring an image by measuring the light generated from the sample A; and an image processing unit 8 for generating a fluorescence image by removing an emission component from a second image, on the basis of a first image acquired by the image acquiring unit without radiating the excitation light and the second image acquired by the image acquiring unit by radiating the excitation light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
