PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for transporting and discharging containers filled with hazardous liquids such as corrosive, flammable, or chlorinated solvents.SOLUTION: Provided are the mobile device and a use thereof. The device has a closable compartment provided with a closable opening, and an unloading installation in an inner space of the device, coupleable to a container. The unloading installation comprises at least one extraction means to extract liquid from the container via the top thereof for unloading, and to move it outside of the device, and absorption means provided for removing liquid vapors.
