PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component conveyance device and an electronic component inspection device that can prevent a temperature of an electronic component from changing from a predetermined temperature when a conveyance part for conveying the electronic component is stopped.SOLUTION: An electronic component conveyance device comprises a conveyance part for conveying an electronic component and a member for arranging the electronic component and either heating or cooling the electronic component. When the conveyance part is stopped, the device stops the conveyance part when the electronic component is located at a first position; the device stops the conveyance part after the electronic component is conveyed to the first position when the electronic component is located at a second position farther from the member than the first position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
