PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener capable of fastening a fitting to a fitting part through a clip, always using usual clip without necessity for preparing clip suitable for a type or a thickness of the fitting, not requiring formation of "bell-shaped hole " for use in engaging clip to fitting and further preventing fitting mark such as a big hole from being left.SOLUTION: A receiving member 10A comprises a receiving part 11a stored in an opening 21 of a fitting 20 and a longitudinal hole 15 formed at this receiving part 11a for guiding a shaft 42 supporting a head part 41. A cover member 10B comprises a fitting part for fitting the receiving member 10A when it is stored in the opening 21 of the fitting 20 and a cover part 11b abutting against the surface of the fitting 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
