PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer solution that can reduce problems caused by an amine compound and problems caused by water and that can impart an antistatic function to a silicone film and reduce silicone curing impediment, and a conductive coating formed by supplying the above solution on a substrate.SOLUTION: The conductive polymer solution is prepared by mixing: a conductive polymer compound (I) that comprises (a) a &pgr;-conjugate conductive polymer, (b) a polyanion introduced to dope the above (a) &pgr;-conjugate conductive polymer, and a reaction product of an anion other than the anion in the polyanion used for doping, with an organic compound containing an oxirane group and/or an oxetane group, and that can be dispersed in a solvent essentially comprising an organic solvent; an addition reaction-curable organopolysiloxane composition (II); and a conducting agent (III) that is liquid at 25°C and has a boiling point of 150 to 400°C, by 1 to 100% in terms of mass fraction with respect to the above addition reaction-curable organopolysiloxane composition.
