PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a portable terminal device to receive data continuously, without being left in a state of storing the data, as it is, when the network is disconnected while transmitting data from an information processing apparatus to the portable terminal device connected by a wireless network.SOLUTION: A multifunction machine 10 has a job processing control section 20 for uploading a not yet transmitted encrypted file to a file server 40, when the Wi-Fi connection is disconnected while transmitting scan data (encrypted file) to a portable terminal 30 in unit of file, and a collection processing control section 19 for transmitting a decryption key of the encrypted file to the portable terminal 30 after confirming the billing, when collection for a not yet billed encrypted file is requested. The portable terminal 30 has a scan data acquiring section 31 for acquiring a not yet received encrypted file from the file server, and a collection request section 34 for acquiring and decrypting the decryption key of the not yet billed encrypted file.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
