PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball bearing capable of actualizing good grease lubrication between an outer ring raceway surface and the outer peripheral face of each ball.SOLUTION: A ball bearing 1 includes an inner ring 2 having an inner ring raceway surface 11 on the outer periphery, an outer ring 3 having an outer ring raceway surface 15 on the inner periphery, a plurality of balls 4 arranged between the inner and outer ring raceway surfaces 11, 15, and a cage 5. On and in the outer periphery of the inner ring 2, an inner ring shoulder part 12 and a counter bore 13 are provided at one side in an axial direction X of the inner ring 2 and at the other side in the axial direction X of the inner ring 2, respectively. On a peripheral wall 30 of each pocket hole 27 at its end on the one side in the axial direction X, a tapered face 41 is formed extending outward in a radial direction Z toward the side of each ball 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
