PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid-cooled jacket which can be easily manufactured, and a liquid-cooled jacket.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a liquid-cooled jacket which cools a heating element includes the steps of: preparing a liquid-cooled main body 10 including a main body flow channel 16 serving as a flow channel of a heat transport fluid; arranging an upstream header on one end side of the main body flow channel 16; arranging a downstream header on the other end side of the main body flow channel 16; arranging an upper surface member 80 covering these members on one sides of the liquid-cooled main body 10, the upstream header, and the downstream header; arranging a lower surface member 70 covering these members on the other sides of the liquid-cooled main body 10, the upstream header, and the downstream header; and brazing the upper surface member 80 and the lower surface member 70 by melting the brazing material layer laminated on the members in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
