PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image processor which extracts a foreground region not including a shade and a reflection region from an indoor moving image in which reflection and shading occur frequently, at a small calculation amount, a moving image information processing program and a moving image processing method.SOLUTION: A moving image processor 1 for extracting a foreground region from a moving image comprises: a feature quantity generation part 8 which generates a feature quantity of a pixel; a gaussian mixture model separation part 9 which synthesizes a probability behavior of the feature quantity by a plurality of gaussian distributions, sorts the probability behavior to a background gaussian distribution which is high in use frequency and a foreground gaussian distribution which is low in use frequency, and sets a case that the feature amount belongs to the foreground gaussian distribution as a foreground pixel; a changing part 10 which selects the foreground pixel; a shade removal part 11 which detects the case that the foreground pixel is resulting from a shade, and sets it as a background pixel; and a reflection removal part 12 which detects the case that the background pixel is resulting from reflection, and sets it as the background pixel. A calculation amount is reduced by adding new coefficient update which exchanges a gaussian coefficient other than an average between the gaussian distribution including a new backgrounded feature quantity and an arbitrary background gaussian distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
