摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchannel device capable of stable observation.SOLUTION: A flow cell 1 includes: a supply part 3 composed of a recess formed on the top surface of a substantially rectangular plate-like body 2 in a plan view; and a microchannel 4 which is formed in the inside of the body 2 and whose one end is opened to a substantial central part of the bottom of the supply part 3. This microchannel 4 comprises: a first channel 41 which is composed of a tube having a rectangular shape in a cross section and whose one end (entrance) is connected to the supply part 3; and a second channel 42 which is composed of the tube having the rectangular shape in the cross section, whose one end is connected to the other end of the first channel 41 and which extends in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the supply part 3 from one end thereof, in other words, in a direction along the top surface or a bottom surface of the flow cell 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
