PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus of equipment capable of properly controlling the energy-saving operation of control object equipment which can be realized.SOLUTION: A control monitoring device 10 of equipment 30 comprises: a storage unit 11 storing information 31b to 33b regarding the operation achievement of air-conditioning equipment 31, a show case 32, an illumination apparatus 33, and so on which are introduced in a shop 21; and a control unit 12 that includes load prediction means 13 for predicting the load of the equipment 30 on the basis of information 31a to 33a regarding the specifications of the air-conditioning equipment 31, the show case 32, and the illumination apparatus 33, and the information 31b to 33b regarding the past operation achievement of the equipment 30 stored in the storage unit 11 and operation controlling means 15 for operation controlling of the equipment 30 on the basis of the load prediction value of the equipment 30 predicted by the load prediction means 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
