SOLUTION: A gear device 1 comprises: a driven gear 3 rotating to be interlocked with a drive gear 2; a rotary shaft 4 rotatably fitted into the driven gear 3; a cover 5 fitted and attached to the rotary shaft 4; and a damper mechanism 6 elastically attached to the driven gear 3 and the rotary shaft 4. The driven gear 3 is constituted by a resin gear 13 and an insert portion 12 inserted into the resin gear 13. The damper mechanism 6 is constituted by a disc spring 17; a flat washer 18; and a slide member 19, and an end surface 13A of the resin gear 13 elastically contacts a rear end surface 5C of the cover 5 by an elastic force of the disc spring 17. When the driven gear 3 resonates by the drive gear 2, the resonance of the driven gear 3 is suppressed by the slidable contact of an entire circumferential part of the end surface 13A of the resin gear 13 with the end surface 5C of the cover 5.EFFECT: To provide the damper mechanism 6 capable of suppressing heat degradation and oil degradation, as compared with a conventional damper mechanism formed of annular rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
