PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knotting unit capable of controlling a tail length suitably.SOLUTION: A knotting unit for a warp tying machine that ties a first yarn and a second yarn includes a tube extending around a longitudinal axis for supporting a loop formed of first and second yarns 44, 46 by a yarn driver 20. The yarn driver 20 includes an end part fastening tool 42 for carrying the first and second yarns 44, 46 to the periphery of the tube and forming the loop. The knotting unit also includes: a pull-out part 32 for fastening a knot formed of the first and second yarns 44, 46; and a fastening part which is accommodated at least partially in the tube and movable with respect to the tube. The fastening part is configured to cooperate with the tube to fasten the first and second yarns 44, 46 between the tube. The axial position of the fastening part is fixed to the tube in the fastening arrangement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
