Disclosed is a crane moving device of an engine lift in an engine room of a ship. The crane moving device of an engine lift in an engine room of a ship comprises a transfer member which forcefully transfers a crane along a rail even if a worker does not go up directly, wherein the crane is installed on the ceiling surface of the engine room and of which the movement is restricted on the bottom surface of the engine room by a braking mode of a brake. Therefore, a drive part installed on the ceiling surface of the engine room of the ship forcefully moves the crane having the restricted movement to a safe position in the engine room when the linear movement of the crane is restricted due to the malfunction of the crane or the cut-off of power supply causing conversion into the braking mode of the brake, thereby preventing safety accidents during a work that a main engine or engine parts are transferred in the engine room through the crane.
