摘要 The present invention relates to Ssangwha coffee free from drinking repulsion. A method of producing Ssangwha coffee according to the present invention includes: thoroughly cleaning fruits of Hovenia dulcis Thunb., Korean angelica root, cinnamon, Rehmannia glutinosa, Paeonia japonica, ginger, jujube, Astragalus membranaceus, Cnidium, and licorice, and drying and finely grinding the same to obtain a medicine ingredient mixture; adding water to the medicine ingredient mixture mixed during the medicine mixing step, adding the resulting mixture in a medicine-preparing pot and heating the mixture at a temperature of 85 to 100°C for 4 to 5 hours while removing steam 3 to 4 times for 8 to 10 minutes to extract the medicine ingredient mixture; adding water to the medicine ingredient extract obtained in the step of extracting the medicine ingredient mixture and boiling the resulting mixture at a temperature of 100°C or higher for 10 to 15 minutes to produce a Ssangwha tea extract; mixing the Ssangwha tea extract obtained in the heating step with honey, coffee and water as minor ingredients and boiling the resulting mixture at a temperature of 100°C or higher to prepare a Ssangwha coffee liquid; and cooling and packaging the Ssangwha coffee liquid obtained in the step of adding the minor ingredients.
