According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device includes the following steps: forming a p-type doping layer on a donor substrate; and forming the p-type doping layer between a first substrate and an organic light emitting layer through a laser thermal transfer method, thereby having an effect of complementing an uneven incomplete interface which can occur on a deposition surface during a laser thermal transfer process. The p-type doping layer of the organic light emitting device performs a function of allowing a hole to move well and a function of additionally generating a hole to reduce interface stress of the organic light emitting device, thereby preventing a driving voltage from being increased. The organic light emitting device has an effect of improving a lifespan of the organic light emitting display device by preventing the increase in the driving voltage. |
