The present invention relates to cleansing tissue for removing makeup and caring skin which includes pulp paper for skin tissue and a cleanser in a liquid phase containing vegetable collagen and to a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the cleansing tissue additionally includes the vegetable collagen besides oil ingredients and a surfactant. Therefore, the cleansing tissue can remove a cosmetic material, put on skin, and can provide soothing, moisturizing, and elasticity enhancing effects to skin at the same time. |
