The present invention relates to a device installed in a window. More specifically, the present invention finely blocks inevitable gaps between windows and window frames to fundamentally block introduction of harmful insects or dust, even if the window has an insect-proof net, in order to provide a comfortable indoor environment using blocking materials of the device for blocking harmful insects and dust. According to characteristics of the present invention, the device for blocking harmful insects and dust is provided for the window frame where at least one among the windows and the insect-proof nets is installed and has a gap filler attached to a window frame groove floor between window frame rails wherein at least one among the windows and the insect-proof nets is installed in the window frame. The gap filler comprises: a gap filling base forming a base while coming in contact with the window frame groove floor; and a gap filling mohair elongated upward from an upper portion of the gap filling base. |
