The present invention relates to a textile printing velour non-woven cloth carpet and a manufacture method thereof. The textile printing velour non-woven cloth carpet is obtained by forming sufficient of velour on the surface of a non-woven cloth with high density by using a velour needle punching machine, and various designs are expressed on the surface of a non-woven cloth carpet with sufficient velour. The manufacture method of a textile printing velour non-woven cloth carpet of the present invention is characterized by comprising the steps of: preparing a high-density non-woven cloth; preparing a velour non-woven cloth carpet by sufficiently forming velour on the surface of the non-woven cloth by using a velour needle punching machine; expressing design elements on a velour non-woven carpet by any one of a printing device, a screen printing device, a roller type printing device, and a spray, and forming a three-dimensional pattern by a heating roller. According to the present invention, as sufficient of velour is formed on the surface of the non-woven cloth carpet, the carpet is sufficiently soft. Further, embossing pattern and design elements are easily formed on the carpet, and thus an effect of diversifying velour non-woven carpets can be obtained. According to the manufacture method thereof, after velour is sufficiently formed on the surface of the non-woven cloth by a velour needle punching machine, a high-quality carpet with various design elements can be produced by various methods such as textile printing, printing, etc., thereby producing an effect of increasing the competitiveness of the carpet. |
