The present invention relates to a velour non-woven cloth manufacturing device which is designed to manufacture a velour non-woven cloth carpet by using a high-density non-woven cloth. The present invention comprises a needle punching part, on the upper part, consisting of a supporting plate in which a needle hole is formed, and a needle fixing bar in which a saw-toothed needle for forming velour on the surface of the non-woven cloth is mounted; and a non-woven cloth transfer part on the lower part. In the non-woven cloth transfer part, a brush is installed at a conveyor chain block in order to prevent staple fiber from entering to a non-woven cloth along with the saw-toothed needle when velour is formed on the non-woven cloth by the saw-toothed needle. According to the present invention, because a steel cleaning brush collects the staple fiber stuck out from the non-woven cloth and hung in the brush at the time of forming velour on the surface of the non-woven cloth, the brush stays clean consistently and operates smoothly, and thus velour can be effectively formed. Further, the velour non-woven cloth carpet manufactured by the velour non-woven cloth manufacturing device is very high in terms of velour density and can have various designs, and thus a high-quality velour non-woven cloth carpet can be provided, thereby producing an effect of increasing international competitiveness. |
