The present invention relates to a solid-state synthesis method of an yttrium aluminium garnet phosphor, which reduces the plasticizing temperature and plasticizing time, and to an yttrium aluminium garnet phosphor. The solid-state synthesis method comprises the steps of: preparing raw materials including yttrium oxide (Y_2O_3) and aluminum oxide (Al_2O_3); producing a mixture by mixing a fluoride flux in the raw materials; and plasticizing the mixture.
