摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of laminated glass for air conditioning and heating windows and doors using LED photocuring. The manufacturing method of the present invention has about 92.7% of energy reduction rate compared to the conventional heat-curing method for laminating glasses, and can omit handwork processes while having high degree of conversion, thereby providing an environment-friendly manufacturing method without releasing carbon dioxide from burning. Low-E glass, which has not been conventionally applied for laminating purposes due to oxidation of the metal coating layer at high temperature, can be laminated through the manufacturing method of the present invention with high adhesion at low temperature under the condition of exposure to LED lights. Also, the manufacturing method of the present invention can give various properties to the manufactured laminated glass by dispersing various functional materials. The manufacturing method of laminated glass in the present invention comprises the steps of: cleaning a glass plate; stacking two cleaned glass plates and sealing the edges on three sides; injecting a LED photocuring adhesive solution between the glass plates; sealing the remaining edge on one side; and exposing LED light with a wavelength of 370 to 430 nm for curing the adhesive solution.
