<p>The head has a front face (7) that is approximately planar and is intended to strike a golf ball, an upper face (6), and two side faces (9A, 9B). A lower face (5) is intended to be arranged close to ground at the time of striking of the golf ball. A recess is arranged to be open toward the lower face, where the recess is open towards the front face. The recess is on-eyed, and is centered symmetrically with regard to a median plane transverse to a front face of the head. The recess extends on part of width of the lower face.</p> |
