The system has a lug stud (1) composed of a single piece including a cylindrical central part whose length is variable based on assembling types to be realized. The central part has diameter equal to diameter of a base of a truncated end of a cone. Column-posts (2) are arranged between a spacer (5) and a plate (4). The plate permits insertion of partitioning panels (6) and blocks a space between the column-posts. The lug stud is inserted into a hollow cavity in the column-posts.
