The present invention relates to manufacturing a floor member, wherein the floor member uses an olefin which is an environmentally friendly material or a PLA on a part of an upper layer frequently coming in contact with the human body, and a rest part using a polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The floor member includes safety, a restoring property, and a contamination resistance property for sliding and collision necessary for the elderly and the infirm. The floor member comprises a surface treatment layer and a sliding prevention layer in order from an upper side, and includes an upper layer, a printed layer, a shock relieving and restoring material layer, and a layer. The functional floor member prevents sliding by mixing a glass bead and the like on the sliding prevention layer; and the upper layer is applied with PLA, which is the environmentally friendly material, or an olefin resin. Moreover, the shock relieving and restoring material layer uses polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and a processed rubber for processing in order to improve an impact resistance property and a restoration property during collision. |
