The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a housing of an exhaust gas recirculation cooler, which divides a housing surrounding a cooling module to cool recirculation exhaust gas of a vehicle into a plurality of panels to be manufactured and coupled. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: forming a panel having at least two edge portions and a bending portion which has a bending angle smaller than 180 degrees between the edge portions; and bending the bending portion of the panel formed in the panel forming step to be flat. Therefore, the number of times of bending processes is reduced to minimize torsion due to stress in accordance with bending, thereby improving a degree of flatness.
