Provided in the present invention is an apparatus for treating seborrheic dermatitis, which comprises: a body unit equipped with a connection unit rotatable to one side, and fixated with one surface on the ground; a light source unit equipped on one surface of the connection unit, and equipped with a light emitting body for irradiating the lower side of the body unit with rays for sterilizing causative bacteria of seborrheic dermatitis; and a control unit equipped inside the body unit for controlling irradiation time and the wavelength irradiated in the light source unit. Accordingly, the dandruff can be alleviated or completely cured by inhibiting the growth and the activation of bacteria of Filobasidium floriforme and bacterial species of the genus Malassezia which is one species of causative bacterial of seborrheic dermatitis as one species of a mold.
