The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for checking operation integrity of a FPGA-based triple modular redundant control device and, more specifically, to an apparatus for checking operation integrity of a FPGA-based triple modular redundant control device, which determines whether or not the FPGA-based triple modular redundant control device is normal by integrating result values of the triple modular redundant control device and simply comparing the data, and to a method for the same. Therefore, the operation integrity can be more precisely checked by determining the normality of the control device using triple checking units which simply compare data of triple processing units.
