摘要 The present invention relates to a measurement apparatus of floating microorganisms and a measurement method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the measurement apparatus of floating microorganisms comprises: a particle sorting device including an introduction unit for introducing air, and a nozzle unit provided on one side of the introduction unit; a microorganism particle flow path in which a microorganism particle penetrated through an inner flow path of the nozzle unit in the air flows; a driving device for generating the flow of the microorganism particle; a collection device communicated with the microorganism particle flow path, and equipped with a filter unit in which the microorganism is collected; a light-emitting measurement device for sensing the intensity or the amount of light generated from the microorganism particle collected in the filter unit; and a sterilization device provided on one side of the filter unit for sterilizing the filter unit. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus has effects in reducing time taken for measurement by automatically separating the floating microorganisms in the air by a virtual impactor structure.
