The present invention relates to a reducer with a manual clutch. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the reducer with a manual clutch comprises: a driving unit connected to a motor and having a worm which receives a rotational driving force transmitted from the motor and rotates around a first shaft; a driven unit selectively coupled to the driving unit and having a worm gear which is engaged with the worm when the worm gear is coupled to the driving unit and rotates around a second shaft perpendicular to the first shaft; and a clutch provided inside the driven unit and moving the driven unit to be coupled to or released from the driving unit. |
