The present invention relates to a conductive black film for a mobile camera, and to spacers for a lens of sensors in optical cameras and automobiles or the like having the conductive black film. The conductive black film for a mobile camera is applied to spacers, which are commonly loaded to mobiles and are between camera lenses, and has excellent anti-reflection properties and absorptivity of lights. The conductive black film for a mobile camera is manufactured by applying conductive black paste on the front and back sides of a microporous substrate. The conductive black paste comprises: 5 to 15 wt% of polyurethane resin; 10 to 25 wt% of polyester resin, 5 to 10 wt% of epoxy-acryl copolymer; 5 to 15 wt% of modified olefin copolymer resin; 0.3 to 1 wt% of dispersant; 0.05 to 0.1 wt% of leveling agent; 0.02 to 0.05 wt% of antifoamer; 5 to 15 wt% of inorganic-based black pigment; 10 to 15 wt% of conductive pigment; and and the remainder consisting of an organic-based solvent.
