The method involves generating certification of conformity (S61) of a communication system. The certificate of conformity is allowed to determine if a communication system is in conformity with a reference frame. The certificate of conformity is sent (S64) to another communication system to allow the latter communication system to decide whether communication with the former communication system is agreed and not initiated according to the certificate of conformity. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program product comprising instructions for performing a method for initiating communication between a communication system and another communication system (2) a communication system.
