The present invention relates to a casing structure with improved thermal insulation performance for an air conditioner, comprising: a square bottom panel; four side panels forming a side panel; and a top panel. Each side panel comprises: a first side panel sub-body composed of a side vertical plate, an upper skirt, a lower skirt, and a first side insulation material; a second side panel sub-body composed of an upper bracket, a lower bracket, a second side insulation material disposed to enable both end parts of the second side insulation material to be inserted into the upper and lower brackets, and a side finishing plate coupled to the upper and lower brackets to cover the second side insulation material. |
