摘要 The present invention relates to a preparation method of a nanocomposite multilayer using a self-assembly method, a nanocomposite multilayer manufactured therefrom, and an electric-electronic element comprising the same. The preparation method of a nanocomposite multilayer comprises the following steps: (a) attaching a polymer or a carbon allotrope which has a hydrophilic functional group dispersed in a polar solvent to a substrate; (b) adsorbing inorganic nanoparticles dispersed in a nonpolar solvent onto a polymer electrolyte or the carbon allotrope deposited to the substrate, and inducing self-assembly of the polymer or carbon allotrope and the inorganic nanoparticles; and (c) obtaining self-assembled nanocomposite multilayer in a layered form by repeating step (a) through (b) or step (a)-(b)-(a) for n times, wherein n is an integer of 1 to 500. By applying the nanocomposite multilayer to electric-electronic elements such as a hybrid capacitor electrode, capacitance can be improved. The present invention is to provide a nanocomposite multilayer with regularly and densely packed inorganic nanoparticles without a separate process for ligand exchange and a nanocomposite multilayer manufactured by the same.
