The present invention relates to a recycled water treatment method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for treating recycled water with reduced energy via antifouling system, especially when treating recycled wastewater. To this end, the method sequentially carries out the following steps: a pretreatment step (S10) of selectively back washing after filtrating polluted water with a screen filter; an AO step (S20) of carrying out antifouling by flowing flowing media by air bubbles while filtering out by allowing the polluted water to sequentially pass through a flux regulation tank (208), an anaerobic tank (210), an aerobic tank (220), and a membrane tank (230); and a cyclone precipitation step (S30) of inducing precipitation of total phosphorus foreign materials dissolved in a filtrated water by mixing the polluted water with an insertion drug in the cyclone precipitation part and forming a floc after coarsening the particles for precipitation to remove the same.
