The present invention relates to a position tracking device for a bicycle. According to the present invention, the position tracking device for a bicycle is to track the position of a bicycle by communications between a wireless communications module embedded in a body frame and a mobile communication terminal of a user when the bicycle is stolen since a GPS module and the wireless communications module are embedded with a storage battery module in the body frame to be sealed in a process of manufacturing a bicycle. According to the present invention, the position tracking device for a bicycle includes: the GPS module embedded in the body frame of the bicycle and receiving a location coordinate corresponding to the position of the bicycle from a satellite in order for the position of the bicycle to be displayed on a display when an application installed in a mobile communications terminal of the user who is an owner of the bicycle is operated; a control module embedded in the body frame of the bicycle and controlling charge and discharge of power and transmission and reception of position information received by the GPS module; the wireless communications module for wireless communications, which is embedded in the body frame of the bicycle; the storage battery module supplying power to the GPS module, the control module, and the wireless communications module by being embedded in the body frame of the bicycle and displaying a charging rate on the display by the control of the control module when the mobile communications terminal is operated; a protection member installed in the body frame of the bicycle while enclosing the GPS module, the control module, the wireless communications module, and the storage battery module; and a power supply module installed outside the body frame of the bicycle to supply the power to charge the storage battery module. |
