PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce crack initiation of a groove bottom in an asymmetric tread pattern such that left and right see-through void areas are different from each other.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire in which a tread part 10 is equipped with plural major grooves 12 extending in a tire circumferentia direction C and plural land parts 14, 16, 18 which are partitioned by the major grooves, and a see-through void area on an axial direction one side Wa of the tread part with respect to a tire equator plane CL is so formed as to be larger than a see-through void area on a width direction other side Wb. In the pneumatic tire, ground planes of the plural land parts 14, 16 formed between the major grooves are so provided as to be bulged to a tire radial outside Ko with respect to a reference contour line L, and a bulging amount of the land part 16-2, which is positioned on the other side Wb, from the reference contour line L is so set as to be larger than that of the land part 16-1 which is positioned on the one side Wa and has a larger see-through void area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
