PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic pen, a touch panel device, and an input display device that have a pointer function and a spray drawing function actualized without providing an acceleration sensor.SOLUTION: There is provided an electronic pen 30 including an enclosure 34 to be held by a user, a pen tip 37 provided atop of the enclosure, and at least three drive electrodes 40a, 40b, 40c, and 40d for coordinate detection provided at the pen tip.
