PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control key capable of reminding a user of battery replacement.SOLUTION: A remote control key 1 includes: a radio transmission section 23 that radio-transmits locking/unlocking signals; a mechanical key section 10 having an insertion part 12 which is inserted into a key cylinder; a case 20 that stores a radio transmission section 23 and the insertion part 12 of the mechanical key section 10; a button type battery 15 that supplies the power to the radio transmission section 23; and a battery housing 14 storing the button type battery 15. The mechanical key section 10 is separable from the case 20. In a state that the insertion part 12 of the mechanical key section 10 is stored in the case 20, a projection part 22 of the case 20 closes the opening in the battery housing 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
