A touch display circuit and a display apparatus. The touch display circuit comprises a light sensing touch unit (11), a driving unit (12), a threshold compensation unit (13), and a display unit (14). The light sensing touch unit (11) generates a second detection signal under the control of a second scanning signal end (S2) when a fist detection signal is input into a first scanning signal end (S1). The threshold compensation unit (13) outputs a control voltage to a control end (d1) of the driving unit (12) and outputs a working voltage to an input end (d2) of the driving unit (12) under the control of a third scanning signal end (S3), a fourth scanning signal end (S4) and a data line (Data), and compensates for a threshold voltage of the driving unit (12) by using the control voltage. The driving unit (12) outputs a driving current to the display unit (14) through an output end (d3) under the control of the control voltage and the working voltage. The display unit (14) is driven to emit light by means of the driving current under the control of a fifth scanning signal end (S5). By means of the touch display circuit, the light sensing in-cell touch technology can be integrated into an AMOLED display.
