The present invention relates to a heat exchange tube module comprising: multiple unit tubes which allows fluid to flow therein and be exchanged with combustion gas flowing in the outside through heat; and multiple heat exchange fins which are coupled to the outer surfaces of the unit tubes in a longitudinal direction at uniform intervals, wherein the heat exchange fins are formed in a plate shape. According to the present invention, the heat exchange tube module guides the smooth flow of the combustion gas by changing the shape of the heat exchange fins in consideration of the incoming and flowing direction of the combustion gas, thereby improving heat exchange efficiency. Moreover, the heat exchange tube module improves heat exchange efficiency by preventing ash contained in the combustion gas from being easily stacked in the heat exchange fins.
