The present invention provides a solar cell which comprises an upper battery made from a semiconductor material; a lower battery which is electrically separated from the upper battery to generate a separate electromotive force and is formed by a semiconductor material different from a semiconductor material of the upper battery; and a transparent layer which is formed between the upper battery and the lower battery and which transmits light while minimizing absorption of light without absorption of light received by the upper battery. Therefore, the present invention extracts and uses an independent voltage based on a need through an electrically separated solar cell.
