According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a method to manufacture a powdered molded object comprising: a step of preparing a metal powder and a polymer binder powder; a step of inputting the powders with a physical energy applying medium into a container; a step of manufacturing a mixed powder wherein the polymer binder powder combines the metal powder grains by being physically combined with a surface of the metal powder while being interposed between the grains of the metal powder as a step of manufacturing the mixed powder of the metal powder and the polymer powder by making the physical energy applying medium collide with the powders by applying physical energy to the container; a step of manufacturing a preliminary molded object with a predetermined shape by applying pressure to the mixed powder at room temperature; and a step of conducting a cleaning process and a sintering process as a step of cleaning and sintering the preliminary molded object causing no change in the size of the preliminary molded object before and after the cleaning process and the sintering process.
