A film cutting device according to the present invention comprises: a holding part which holds a display board inspection device where a drive film is attached to be moved forward and backward; and a cutting part which is adjacent to the holding part and cuts a part of the drive film, thereby cutting a film of which a part where the inspection device and a display board touch each other is worn out.
