The present invention relates to voile fabric with cool texture having excellent visible light transmitting properties. The voile fabric with cool texture is manufactured by knitting high twisted yarn, formed by twisting high content titan dioxide dispersed polyester filaments, into a warp knitted fabric. According to the present invention, voile fabric, which has been manufactured using cotton yarn by an existing method, is manufactured by using chemical fiber yarn. Therefore, the voile fabric of the present invention gets excellent cool texture and relatively excellent visible light transmitting properties and air permeability and can provide a visual effect and makes a wearer feel pleasant when the voile fabric is used for a summer garment.
