The present invention relates to a hinge bolt fastening structure for hydraulic molding type glass to perform a hinge bolt fastening work more easily by performing an outer glass fastening of a hinge bolt by a hydraulic molding method. To realize the above, the hinge bolt fastening structure of the present invention comprises: a first glass (10) and a second glass (20) which are mutually bonded by an adhesive film (15); a fastening housing (30) combined to the through-holes (11, 21) formed in the first glass (10) and the second glass (20); a hinge bolt (40) which has a head part (41) inserted and fastened to a bolt groove (31) formed in the fastening housing (30); a protection bushing (50) combined to the through-hole (21) of the second glass (20) to prevent the fastening housing (30) from contacting the second glass (20) directly; a locking nut (60) which prevents separation of the hinge bolt head part (41) by being combined to an entrance of the bolt groove (31) of the fastening housing (30) using a screw; a snap ring (70) which supports the locking unit (60) by being combined to the entrance of the bolt groove (31) of the fastening housing (30); a support protrusion (32) protruded inwards by the hydraulic molding method on the entrance of the bolt groove (31) of the fastening housing (30) to support a position of the snap ring (70); and a flange (80) combined to be able to adjust a height thereof along an outer circumference of the locking unit (60). |
