摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate influx of resin into an uneven structure formed in a bushing and enhance adhesion between the bushing and a lid main body.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a power storage battery lid insert-molds, in a resin lid main body 6, a cylindrical metal bushing for a power storage battery having an insertion hole 2 in which a pole pillar P extending from a polar plate. A lower end portion 1x at which the insertion hole 2 of the power storage battery is opened has a cylindrical main body portion 11, an annular projecting portion 12a formed on the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion d11, and an annular concave portion 3 which is formed on the lower surface of the main body portion 11 and concaved upwards. At the lower end portion 1x, a lower end face 41 outside of the annular concave portion 3 located to be higher than a lower end face 51 inside of the annular concave portion 3. The annular projection portion 12a, the annular concave portion 3, the outside lower end face 41 and the inside lower end face 51 are embedded in the lid main body 6 by insert-molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
