PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument and an intraocular lens insertion system capable of suitably bending an intraocular lens.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens insertion instrument 10 inserts a deformable intraocular lens, which comprises an optical part and one or more support parts 160 extending outward from the periphery of the optical part, into an eye by advancing a rod-like push-out member 300 along a push-out shaft A. The intraocular lens insertion instrument 10 comprises: an optical part installation part 130 in which the optical part is installed; and a movement guide part that comprises a positioning part 170 for lifting up the support part 160 from the installation surface side and supporting it to support the support part 160 at a position higher than the installation surface of the optical part installation part 130 in a state of installing the optical part in the optical part installation part 130, and is formed to extend from the positioning part 170 toward the distal end of the intraocular lens insertion instrument 10 so as to maintain the height position of the support part 160 lifted and supported by the positioning part 170 at a predetermined distance along the push-out shaft A or to sequentially lower the height position of the support part 160.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
