The present invention relates to an industrialized process for the construction of at least part of a structure (1) to be constructed, which is applicable, for example, to bridge roadways, in which the filler material (8) is poured in situ onto void segments (3) pre-fabricated ex situ. The construction process according to the present invention comprises the pre-fabrication of the void segments (3), including the fitting of passive reinforcement elements (9) and the fitting of fastening elements (4), these comprising rigid elements (22) and at least part of the moulds (13), which takes place at an ex situ location (5), for example at a production plant, a shipyard, or a location close to the workfront; the transportation and positioning of the void segments (3) in the final position in the structure (1); the operation of pouring the filler material (8); the consolidation or curing of the filler material; the pre-stressing of the structure (1), if applicable; the removal of the moulds (13) and of the fastening elements (4); the aforesaid being followed by the start of the next cycle, if applicable. The present invention furthermore relates to a construction system adapted for implementing a process for constructing a structure (1) to be constructed.
