One embodiment of the present invention relates to men's underwear, and in order to solve a technical problem, provided is men's underwear capable of more effectively cooling the scrotum and the testes inside the scrotum by maximizing ventilation of the outer surface of the scrotum by spacing the penis from the scrotum such that the surface of the penis is completely separated from the scrotum, isolating the scrotum so as not to directly make contact with the inner thigh flesh and exposing the scrotum to the air such that the scrotum can hang. To this end, the present invention relates to men's underwear comprising: a plate-shaped first fiber member for allowing the penis to be spaced from the scrotum by allowing the penis to become erect in the opposite direction of the scrotum; a plate-shaped second fiber member extended downwardly from the first fiber member and isolating the scrotum from the inner thigh flesh; and a first opening formed between the first fiber member and the second fiber member and allowing the scrotum to completely protrude into the air.
